When using a river die, how much does it cost to claim jump along the river?

You pay 1 gold for each stack you skip, skipping empty stacks is free, and you still pay the cost of the tile you land on.

Instead of drafting a tile on your turn, what can you do?

You may build 1 or 2 free alleys from the supply, and if you build 2 they must be adjacent to each other.

What happens if you join an unwrangled pasture to a pasture that has already been wrangled?

You cannot wrangle the combined pasture.

Which things block a sheriff's line of fire?

Cows, hills, mines, and buildings block sheriffs, and a sheriff can never shoot through a hill.

How do aces score at the end of the game?

A set of 3 scores 6 and a set of 4 scores 12, in 2 kinds of sets, matching colors and all different colors, with each ace usable once in each kind and ace cards counting too.
