Rules quiz

How much of Underwater Cities do you still remember? Each question opens on its answer.

When your played card matches the color of the action slot, in what order do you resolve the card and the slot?

You must fully resolve the card and then fully resolve the slot, or the reverse, and you never interleave the two.

What happens during Production feeding if you cannot feed one of your connected cities with kelp?

You pay one biomatter for that city, and if you cannot, you lose 3 points.

When may biomatter be used as a substitute for other resources?

Only when building, biomatter can replace any kelp or steelplast in the cost.

How many action cards can you hold at once, and what happens if you claim one more than that?

You can hold at most 4 action cards with your Personal Assistant counting as one, and if you claim another you must discard an old one, using its action right away if it is still unused.

At the end of the game, how many points does each connected city score based on the building types next to it?

A connected city scores 2 points with no building types, 3 with one type, 4 with two types, and 6 with all three types.
