Rules quiz

How much of Twilight Struggle do you still remember? Each question opens on its answer.

When you play a card for Operations and its event belongs to your opponent, what happens to that event?

The event still happens, and you choose whether it resolves before or after your Operations.

What determines how far your Military Operations marker moves after a coup attempt?

Whatever the result, your Military Operations marker moves up by the full Operations value of the card used for the coup.

Which kinds of actions do not count toward your required Military Operations each turn?

Realignment rolls and free coups granted by an event do not count toward Military Operations, while coups and war events do.

What is the condition for getting the bonus Operations point when playing the China Card?

You get the bonus Operations point only if every point is spent in Asia, including Southeast Asia.

During the final scoring after turn 10, does reaching plus or minus 20 Victory Points end the game early?

No, reaching plus or minus 20 during final scoring does not end it early, because all regions are calculated before victory is determined, though control of Europe still grants outright victory.
