Rules quiz
How much of Kingdomino do you still remember? Each question opens on its answer.
When a domino connects to another domino rather than to your starting tile, what must be true for the placement to be legal?
It must connect horizontally or vertically, never just at a corner, and at least one of its landscapes must match the domino it touches.
What happens to a domino that you cannot legally connect or that will not fit inside your five by five grid?
It is discarded and scores you nothing.
How does your choice of domino from the new line affect the next turn?
It sets your place in the next turn's order, and whoever takes the domino closest to the box plays first next turn.
How many points does a large property with no crowns on it score?
It scores nothing, however big it is, because each property scores its number of squares times the number of crowns on it.
How is a tie for the highest total score broken?
The player with the largest single property wins whether it has crowns or not, then if still tied the player with the most crowns wins, and if still tied the tied players share the victory.
