Rules quiz

How much of El Grande do you still remember? Each question opens on its answer.

If several players tie for first place in a region, how many points does each of them score?

Everyone tied scores the points for the next lower position no matter how many players tie, so three players tied for first all score second place points and the next player down takes third.

Where may you place the Caballeros shown at the bottom of your Action card?

You may place them only from your Court into regions directly next to the King's region or into the Castillo, splitting them however you like or placing fewer.

When may you play a Power card with the same value as one another player already played this round?

Never, because you may never match a value already played this round.

What bonus points can you earn for coming first in a region?

You get 2 bonus points for coming first in the King's region and 2 bonus points for coming first in the region with your Grande, you can earn both in the same region, and you never get a bonus on a tie.

During a general scoring, what happens to your Castillo Caballeros if your Secret disc names the King's region or isn't set clearly?

Those Caballeros return to your Court instead of going to a region.
