Ice can only be rezzed at the moment the Runner approaches it during a run.
How much does it cost the Corporation to install a new piece of ice in front of a server?
It costs 1 credit for each piece of ice already protecting that server, and the Corporation may first trash existing ice to lower that cost.
Can the Runner jack out when approaching the first piece of ice in a run?
No, the Runner can never jack out at the first piece of ice in a run.
Who wins a trace when the trace strength and the Runner's link strength are tied?
The Runner wins ties, because the trace succeeds only if the trace strength is higher.
When is the Corporation allowed to score an agenda that has enough advancement tokens?
The Corporation may score it only right before its turn begins or right after it completes an action, and scoring costs no click, is not an action, and may be delayed.
